Ingredients:
- 250 g @nuteko_nutego hazelnut spread
- ~100 g fruit jelly candies (marmalade-style)
- ~100 g tea biscuits or plain cookies
- ~100 g dark chocolate
- Optional: crushed nuts, dried cranberries, or raisins
Instructions:
Place the hazelnut spread in a mixing bowl. Add chopped jelly candies and crumbled cookies. Melt the dark chocolate in a hot water bath and stir it into the mixture. Optionally, fold in crushed nuts or dried fruits.
Mix everything thoroughly, then transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a log, like a salami. Wrap it tightly and place it in the freezer for a few hours until firm.
