Refund Policy – NUTEGO

1. General Information

At NUTEGO, we take pride in providing high-quality nut-based products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

However, please note that food products are subject to exceptions under EU law. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
  • Products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your product is eligible for a return, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at beek@nutego.de.

3. Returns & Refund Conditions

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✅ The product was damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the description.
✅ You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process a return, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once your return request is approved, you must send the product back within 14 days. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

After we receive the returned item, we will:
Inspect the product to confirm it meets the return conditions.
Issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

💡 If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
❌ Opened or partially used products.
❌ Products returned without prior approval.
❌ Items returned after the 14-day return window.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at beek@nuteko.lv within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
