At NUTEGO, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping until october 2025
2. Order Processing Times
⏳ Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order after it is placed. Orders are considered dispatched once they have been handed over to our shipping carrier and are in transit.
🚀 Peak Season & Holidays: During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may extend up to 3 business days.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Below are approximate shipping times:

4. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours at info@nutego.de We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
If we detect an issue with your shipping details, our team will attempt to verify them via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delayed Deliveries
At NUTEGO, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. However, delivery times may be impacted by:

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please follow these steps:

🔹 Further Action: If the package remains lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
⚠ NUTEGO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
